Yarro Sub-processors

Yarro Ltd (“Yarro”) engages the following third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help us deliver our services. These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf.

We carefully review all sub-processors to ensure they meet our security and compliance standards. Where sub-processors are based outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Current Sub-processors

• Twilio Inc. – Messaging infrastructure (SMS/WhatsApp delivery). Location: USA/EU. Safeguards: SCCs + UK Addendum.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business) – Delivery of WhatsApp Business messages. Location: Worldwide (incl. USA). Safeguards: SCCs + UK Addendum.

• OpenAI, L.L.C. – Natural language processing (AI message classification, responses). Location: USA. Safeguards: SCCs + UK Addendum.

• n8n GmbH (n8n Cloud) – Workflow automation hosting. Location: EU (Germany/Ireland). Safeguards: EEA adequacy.

• Google LLC (Google Workspace) – Business email, storage, and productivity tools. Location: EU/USA. Safeguards: SCCs + UK Addendum.

Updates to this list

We may add or replace sub-processors as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before a new sub-processor processes personal data.

If you have an active agreement with Yarro and object to a new sub-processor, you may notify us at privacy@yarro.ai within that period. If an objection cannot be resolved, you may terminate the affected services without penalty.
